Q: What time is chek-in and chek-out?
A: We ask that guests chek-in between 5 pm ad 8 pm and chek-out before 10.30 am . If you expect to arrive late, please contact us to let us know.
Q: Do you accept pets?
A:
Due to the nature of eco-tourism, pets are not allowed on the
property.
Q: Is possible use the pool on the day
of departure?
A: Yes, we do allow this but only after your chek-out.
Q: How far is the pool from the
apartments?
A: The pool is adjacent to the house where rooms from rent are
situated and is just 400 meters from the apartment property.
Q: Is possible to rent a bike on the
farm?
A: In fact we have 15 bicycles for our guests, free of charge.
Q: Is it possible to take bicycles
outside the farm property?
A: No, bicycles are available for use only within the boundaries of
our property.
Q: Do you have games and play areas for
children?
A: Yes, our property is child friendly. On the farm we have areas
dedicated to children, including slides, swings, ping-pong and
football
tables.
Q: Do you have farm animals on the
property to show children?
A: Yes, on the farm we have an "Animal Park" meant to demostrate how
animals interact in nature, as well as breeding farms including
rabbits, chickens, pigs, and donkeys.
Q: How far is the sea from your farm
property?
A: The nearest beach is inside the “Parco dell’ Uccellina”, about 7
km. About 10 km away are the seaside resorts of Marina di Grosseto
and Principina a Mare.
Q: How far is the closest town?
A: The farm is only few minutes (5 Km) from Grosseto, a lovely
historic town dating back to 803 A.D., which includes shopping,
restaurants, pharmacies, laundries, markets and various other
facilities.
Q: Is there a laundry service on site?
A: No
Q: Do you have internet or wireless
connections on site?
A: No, We do not have internet connections on our property.
Q: Are there restaurants near the farm?
A: Yes, there are various restaurants in the center of Grosseto and
in the surrounding villages.
Q: Are all apartments and rooms on the
ground floor?
A: No, the rooms are all on the first floor. As for the apartments:
3 are on the first floor and 4 on the ground floor.
Q: Do you have a barbecue available for
guests to use?
A: Yes, we have a great barbecue as well
as tables where you can eat outdoors in our gardens.
Q: What facilities exist for the
apartments?
A: The apartments are fully ready for use when you arrive, with bed bath
linens, which are changed weekly by our staff. The kitchen in our
apartments are complete with dishes, glasses, cutlery, and all
necessary amenities.
Q: In the kitchenette there is also the oven ?
A: No.
Q: Are hair dryers available?
A: Yes, rooms and apartments have hair-dryer in their bathrooms.
Q: Do your rooms have refrigerators?
A: Refrigerators are available in the apartment properties.
Q: Do your rooms and apartments have air
conditioning?
A: Our rooms and apartments are equipped with ceiling fans, the high
ceilings and cool nights, as well as stone walls mean air
conditioning is not required, which also means lower costs to you
and lower impact on our environment.
