During August the minimum stay is one week with arrival and departure on Saturday, arrival foreseen between the hours of 17:00 (5:00 p.m.) and 20:00 (8:00 p.m.) Checkout time is 10:30 a.m. on day of departure.

The price includes:
 water, light and cooking gas consumption:
bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linens with weekly change;
the farm places bicycles at your disposal for use free of charge within the boundaries of the property; a € 25,00 deposit fee is required.

The price does not include:
cleaning of the kitchen corner: this is the client’s responsibility; a € 20,00 fee will be charged if it is not cleaned;
cradle: available on request at time of reservation for € 20,00/week:
animals: not allowed:
Heating: € 5,00/day will be charged during the winter periods for daily stays exceeding 1 day.
